HaMishpat (The Law/Trial)

This Hebrew Law Review was first published by the School of Law in 1992. This bi-annual journal is distributed to the 75,000 subscribers of Israel's daily Ha'aretz newspaper, and is also available in a bound edition often together with other legal material for use as reference.
HaMishpat is a law review in the traditional sense, while also aiming to offer an innovative perspective on the world of law and its connection to other professions.
Special importance is placed on the advancement of law and the dissemination of legal knowledge. It aspires to raise awareness among readers outside the legal profession by making the journal comprehensible and interesting, with the help of illustrations and photographs alongside the articles and discussions of legal issues.
The legal material published in HaMishpat includes articles and discussions on a wide variety of legal issues. The Journal's editorial board is comprised of both professionals and outstanding law students.

HaPraklit
(The Attorney)

This law journal, Israel Bar Association's Quarterly Review, was first published in 1934, making it the first of its kind in Israel. In 2005, editing of this prestigious journal was transferred to the COMAS School of Law. Over a two year period, outstanding law students take a major role in the selection of articles for publication from among those submitted to the journal, work with external reviewers of the articles and with the authors. They also edit, proofread and verify the authenticity of references. The editorial work – selection of articles, editing and preparing them for publication – is based primarily on independent work that provides students with an opportunity to hone their academic research skills and encourages critical, deep thought.  HaPraklit is distributed to over 40,000 lawyers, judges, universities and libraries throughout the country.
