Resource Development

Resource Development is a process of identifying, cultivating, and securing financial and human support for an organization.

The aim of the Resource Development Unit at the College of anagement Academic Studies (COMAS) is to identify those organizations or individuals with potential for cooperation with COMAS to ensure the continuation and expansion of existing projects and to initiate new ones.

These potential partners include Israeli and international foundations, Jewish communities (Federations), NGOs, commercial companies and wealthy individuals. Cooperation with them can be based, not only by their financing existing and new activities, but also initiating joint activities and joint fund raising.

Constant monitoring of COMAS activities, based on the strategic plan and ongoing dialogue with the academic and administrative faculty, is the means used to achieve our aims and objectives. The Resource Development Unit strives to identify immediate needs, to encourage internal cooperation, increase the circle of those individuals involved in fundraising and promote new initiatives.
