ד"ר דליה רחמן-מור בעלת תואר בוגר במתמטיקה וסוציולוגיה מאוניברסיטת בר-אילן. מוסמכת במדעי הניהול בתחום התנהגות ארגונית ((M.Sc. בהצטיינות מהפקולטה לניהול, אוניברסיטת תל-אביב ובעלת תואר שלישי (Ph.D.) בתחום מדידה והערכה מאוניברסיטת טורונטו, קנדה.

מרצה בכירה בבית הספר למינהל עסקים וכיהנה כסגן דיקאן לעניינים אקדמיים בבית הספר.

מרצה בתוכניות לתואר ראשון ושני בתחומים הבאים: סטטיסטיקה, משאבי אנוש, מדידה והערכה. תחומי מחקר כוללים נושאים במדידה והערכה, שיטות כמותיות אסטרטגיות במשאבי אנוש ומגדר. פרסמה מאמרים בכתבי עת מקצועיים באנגלית ובעברית .
